These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the booking and participation in tour packages offered by Skylink Holidays (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By booking a Char Dham tour package or any Uttarakhand travel service through our website, phone, or email, you agree to these Terms.

• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
• A written confirmation (email or invoice) will be shared upon successful payment.
• Full payment must be completed before tour commencement as per the agreed schedule.
• Prices are subject to availability at the time of booking.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise.
• Pricing may vary depending on hotel category, travel dates, and government regulations.
• Taxes, permit fees, and additional services not mentioned under “Inclusions” are excluded.
• We reserve the right to revise prices in case of fuel price increases, tax revisions, or government-imposed charges.

Accepted Payment Modes:

• Bank Transfer
• UPI
• Online Payment Gateway

4. Inclusions & Exclusions

The tour package includes only those services specifically listed under the “Package Includes” section.

Services not explicitly mentioned under inclusions are considered exclusions.

Optional services such as:

• Helicopter tickets
• Pony / Palki services
• VIP darshan
• Travel insurance

are not included unless confirmed in writing.

5. Itinerary Changes

• The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather conditions, road closures, landslides, or government restrictions.
• Char Dham Yatra is subject to local authority guidelines and seasonal accessibility.
• We reserve the right to modify routes, hotels, or schedules in the interest of safety and operational feasibility.
• No compensation will be provided for changes caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 30+ days before departure: 10% of total package cost
• 15–30 days: 25% of total package cost
• 7–14 days: 50% of total package cost
• Less than 7 days: Non-refundable

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.

Separate cancellation policies may apply for helicopter bookings and third-party services.

7. Travel Insurance & Medical Fitness

• Travellers are advised to consult a doctor before undertaking high-altitude travel such as Kedarnath.
• Travel insurance is recommended but not included unless specified.
• The company is not responsible for medical emergencies arising during the tour.

8. Helicopter Services

Helicopter services, if selected, are operated by authorised aviation service providers approved by relevant authorities. Flights are subject to weather conditions, technical clearance, and government permissions.

Skylink Holidays acts only as a booking facilitator for helicopter services and is not responsible for operational delays or cancellations.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Natural disasters
• Weather disruptions
• Landslides or road blockages
• Government restrictions
• Personal injuries
• Loss of personal belongings

Travellers are responsible for safeguarding their personal items.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be considered in breach of contract if services are affected due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural calamities
• Political disturbances
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Government-imposed restrictions

11. Traveller Responsibilities

• Carry a valid government-issued ID proof
• Complete mandatory Char Dham registration (if applicable)
• Follow safety instructions issued by local authorities
• Respect local customs and temple regulations

12. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of bookings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking with Skylink Holidays, the traveller acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
